CM100 circulation pumps are magnetically driven (seal-less), circulation pumps with a DC motor designed for a 40.000-hour service life.
The brushless motors eliminate brush maintenance and related motor failures.
The CM100 pumps combine market-leading technical design features with superior performance characteristics making it a leader in the industry.
The CM100 pumps generate high flow, at a high back pressure, for such demanding applications as liquid cooling on hybrid and full-electric buses, trains, and other commercial vehicles.
The durable design also provides dependability on physically demanding applications such as agricultural equipment, construction and mining vehicles as well as on and off-road vehicles.
The CM100 pumps have IP6K9K and IP67 ratings that ensure the highest degree of reliability in the most demanding environmental conditions.
These IP ratings ensure the pumps are waterproof, dustproof and able to withstand salt and high-pressure/steam jet cleaning.
The pumps are also tested and approved to withstand shock and vibrations.
The metal design of the pumps also allows the flammability rating UL 94 Class V0, which meets requirements even on train applications.
CM100HP: The cast aluminum pump housing is available in 38mm (1.5") port diameter.
