SECTION 1- CANCELLATION POLICY

At Azzi Sport Marine, we strive to provide the best service possible to our valued customers. However, sometimes a situation arises where an order needs to be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been confirmed, there will be a deduction of 5% from the paid amount. This 5% deduction will cover any administrative and processing costs related to your order.

Please note that our cancellation policy applies to all orders, including those that are in transit, being prepared for dispatch or already dispatched. If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, you will need to return it to us in its original condition and packaging. The cost of shipping the product back to us will be borne by you.

To cancel an order, you can contact our customer support team through email or phone. Once your cancellation request is received, our team will process the refund by deducting the 5% cancellation fee from your paid amount.

We understand that circumstances can change, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. However, please note that our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we can provide a smooth and efficient service to all our customers.
