UNIFIBER PRIMER - Green Color - 0.75 LT - 4S4705-075 - AEMME:
One-component primer for direct application on fiberglass hulls as a low thickness anchoring coat. Also used as a primer for antifouling or intermediate for joining two-component epoxy and/or polyurethane products and one-component finishes. Overpaintable with Topkapi enamel for finishing on superstructures and topsides or with suitable antifouling in the case of boat hulls

USAGE:
PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT AND APPLICATION CYCLE
New fiberglass:
The surface must be perfectly clean, degreased with suitable detergents, rinsed lightly, sanded with fine sandpaper, and dusted.
Apply a coat of UNIFIBER PRIMER and let it dry for 6-8 hours.
Apply an intermediate coat of primer (NAUTICAL SUBSTRATE on topsides or SOLVER PRIMER on Opera Viva) and wait for the recommended drying. After 6-8 hours, sand and apply the desired one-component finish (one-component enamel or antifouling).
Fiberglass is already painted with two-component:
The pre-existing two-component paint must be well anchored to the substrate.
Then sand and apply a coat of UNIFIBER PRIMER and let it dry for 6-8 hours.
Apply an intermediate coat of primer (NAUTICAL SUBSTRATE on topsides or SOLVER PRIMER on Opera Viva) and wait for the recommended drying.
After 24 hours, sand and apply the desired one-component finish (one-component enamel or antifouling).
